How is this different from traditional surveys or NPS popups?

Is this meant to replace user interviews?
Not at all. Think of YAP as a lightweight, continuous pulse check. It complements deep interviews by giving you faster signals in between.
Who are the “global participants” and how are they chosen?
They come from a vetted pool of real people with verified demographics (age, location, job role, etc). You can set filters (e.g. “designers in the US” or “SMB owners in Europe”), and only participants that match your criteria will see your question.
How quickly can I see results?
In hours. As soon as users or testers submit their voice notes, YAP processes them in real time and updates your dashboard.
What kind of analytics will I see in the dashboard?
The dashboard gives you a clear pulse gauge (positive, neutral, frustrated), top recurring themes, keyword tags, and engagement metrics. Trends over time show whether sentiment is improving or worsening since launch.
What are the pricing plans?
We’re in early access and working closely with a select group of teams. Instead of fixed tiers, we offer tailored pricing and bespoke dashboards, with the kind of customization usually reserved for enterprise packages.
What about data privacy?
Voice notes are anonymized and stored securely. We only process feedback for sentiment and themes — no personal profiles or emotional tracking.
